about Jon Litinger
Currently, Jon Litinger is the Managing Partner at Tailored Growth Partners, a firm dedicated to working with companies and private equity funds in efforts to help them identify, qualify and execute accretive investments and transactions.
Prior to Tailored Growth, Jon Litinger was a Director of M&A Advisory and Strategic Client Acquisitions & Relations at Evolve Capital Partners. In his role, Mr. Litinger played a key part in steering relationships with a diverse array of companies, funds, and strategic entities. His expertise concentrated on firms operating within the Insurance, Capital Markets, and Business Services sectors. Mr. Litinger was instrumental in leading and executing both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions. Specifically, he originated, executed, and closed multiple buy-side transactions on both a platform and add-on basis.
Before his tenure at Evolve Capital Partners, Mr. Litinger spent nearly a decade at Citigroup. His most recent position in the Global Markets division involved a focus on both private companies and institutional investors. His responsibilities included sourcing and facilitating connections between senior leaders of growing private companies and institutional investor clients. This role demanded a strategic approach in assisting with capital needs and investor relations objectives.
